1# How do i know you actually know you replaced parts?
WE RETURN ALL BROKEN AND WORN PARTS TO YOU SO YOU CAN VISUALLY SEE WHY THEY WERE IN NEED OF REPLACEMENT. 2# What is the turn around time for most work?
We can generally turn around most repair and service work in less than a week. Smaller projects like soldering, tune-ups, programming electronics can usually be done in 1 to 2 days. #3 Can I mail my rc in for repair and service?
Yes we accept RC cars and trucks from the continental US only. You need to contact us first before shipping, so we can discuss what services need to be done and advise you of the best and cheapest way to ship to us. We do not markup return shipping we charge exactly what your preferred parcel vendor charges us. #4 Do you warranty your work?
Yes we warranty all work for a period of 30 days. The only exception is waterproofing services because no electronics can be 100% waterproofed if the manufactures case is opened. But with that said, we use the highest quality waterproofing chemicals on the market today that have been proven to work on all electronics. #5 Do You offer free quotes?
Yes just call us and we will provide you with a quote or estimate. #6 what types of rc's do you service?
We service most major brands of 1/10 & 1/8 scale electric RC cars and trucks. For smaller scale RC's, we need to know what brand and model as many smaller scale RC cars and trucks do not have all parts available. ( List of Brands we work on: Arrma, Axial, Dromida, ECX, Exceed RC, G-Made, Hobby King, Hot Bodies, HPI, Kyosho, Losi, Mugen Seiki, OFNA, Pro-Line, Red Cat, Tamiya, Team Associated, Team Durango, Team C, Tekno, TLR, Traxxas, Vaterra ). #7 What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, we can also invoice you and you can pay using credit/debit and Paypal. And of course we prefer cash. We do not accept personal checks at this time. #8 Do YOu accept order from outside the united states?
The language barrier is hard enough to deal with, but the headaches and costs of international shipping means we just aren't interested in handling international repairs at this time. We recommend finding an establishment or hobby shop that can repair your vehicles in your own country - I'm sure they would love your support! #9 What Amount of time do i have to pick-up my RC?
Note: While most people pic-up their RC cars after repairs are completed, some don't bother to pick them up at all. So please take note: Any vehicles left with us more than 60 days after we've completed repairs “with no payment” will be considered our property and sold to recover our fees. We don't really want your vehicles. We have enough of our own. So please, pick-up or pay for your RCs promptly, and we will both not have to worry about this rule. #10 Should I send my Battery along with my RC?
LiPo batteries can be fire hazards, and there are hefty fines that come along with shipping LiPo batteries if they are packaged incorrectly. We have plenty of batteries here to test you RCs. The only time you may need to send a battery would be your controller LIPO battery because many times they are unique to the manufacturer. Please call us before shipping any batteries. #11 What happens after you accept my order?
The first thing you need to do is download, print out, and fill out our Mail Order Repair form. Please fill out the entire form! Any items sent without a completed order form will be kept, without being repaired, until return shipping is paid for by the customer. Once we have your items, we will make our working estimate of the repair costs and contact you. At that point, you can agree to the repair, or decline it, at which point we will charge you for return shipping and send it back un-repaired. During the course of the repair, we will add any small incidentals that come up, but we will contact you for permission if anything significant arises. Once the repair is complete, we will contact you and advise you on the total cost of repair, including return shipping. If a repair is unpaid for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to sell your items to recover our fees. By sending your items to us, you give us permission to sell your items if not paid for within 30 days from our first attempt to contact you regarding the repair's completion. You also give us permission to invoice you to pay for the requested repairs above initial quoted pricing. #12 Do Perform Manufacturers Warranty Work
Only the manufacturer of a product has the right to make a decision as to whether or not a product can be replaced under warranty. We are not currently authorized by most manufacturers to make that call. We may have a good idea what they'll do, but we can't know for sure until they do something. So we are not in a position to replace defective products with off-the-shelf parts. We will return the parts that are questionable warranty items and you can work with the manufacturer directly. |
